Our Story
Where Lyon Meets
Jerusalem
“Kosher cuisine is not a constraint — it is a canvas for extraordinary creativity.”
My journey began in the kitchens of Lyon, working alongside the legendary Paul Bocuse — the father of modern French cuisine. There, I learned that cooking is both an art and a discipline: precision, patience, and passion in every preparation.
Carrying those techniques back to kosher tradition, I have spent over 40 years transforming the way people experience kosher fine dining — proving that Michelin-level sophistication and the laws of kashrut are not just compatible, but deeply inspiring together.
Today, I open my kitchen to home cooks, food lovers, and anyone ready to discover the full depth of kosher gastronomy.
